Suffolk County Executive Public Service Award

New for the 2024 school year: We created this simple online submission form for Suffolk County schools to submit their nominations.

The Suffolk County Executive Public Service Award was created to celebrate and honor exceptional graduating high school, middle school, and elementary school students.

This initiative aims to identify students who have achieved distinction in academics and demonstrated a strong commitment to community service. Each year, we rely on the recommendations of Suffolk County’s school districts to nominate one student from each school who is “moving up” or graduating and deemed the most deserving recipient of this prestigious award. These honorees will receive a certificate in recognition of their achievements, which can be presented at graduation ceremonies or at other appropriate school events.
